we needed more than one contract to sell the property. On the later contract, Suzanne was smart enough to change the standard contract into one where we no longer needed a home inspection, thereby sparing us the difficulty of a second home inspection.Besides this, Suzanne was unbelievably responsive immediately to phone calls questions and text messages we sent her. She is clearly excellent and dedicated and I would recommend her.
